While down at my favourite haunt Far Pastures watching the heron sitting on a perch and not doing much, I decided to take some of the wild flowers in the vacinity. I spotted a bee but it was quite a distance away and so I used my 200mm lens.

ohhh, i love the spiderweb in the first one Carole... it's not that big but the light catches it just right so that it becomes noticeable...
that bee is a cute little fella... isn't he... i love those little guys.
sorry i haven't been around, life gets hectic come summertime with friends and family visiting... it should calm down soon....
