Just had to share with you all this bit of news. Last night at one of the local camera clubs I go to, I received Highly Commended places for both of these portraits I entered into the Portrait competition. I'm over the moon as I just didn't expect it. These were the first ever portraits I had done so it was a real boost for me to get these HC's. I know I have a habit of always pulling myself down and I really shouldn't. I should have more confidence in myself. It sometimes gets a bit embarrassing when people praise you, you see I've never had that before in my past and it takes some getting use to.
Thanks to all of you for the encouragement I get. I am truely grateful.
